Not satisfied with your purchase?
No problem. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days (starting from the day the product is delivered). Please note that only items purchased through this webshop are eligible for return.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), received the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an email to info@bethruby.com clearly stating that you would like to cancel your order. Please include your name, order number, and the name of the item in the message. This lets us know that a return is on the way. You will receive a confirmation once the package has been received in good condition.

Please return the items unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging (box and/or pouch), including any tags, within 14 days. Make sure everything is carefully and securely packed.

You are responsible for ensuring the return arrives safely. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Unpaid returns will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return, Beth Ruby will check if the item meets all the conditions. If so, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) within 5 working days.

If the returned items do not meet the conditions stated above, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund. In that case, the items will be sent back to you.

Please note: Sale items cannot be returned.
